PARHAU takes its name from the Welsh word meaning to continue a reflection of resilience, craft, and doing things properly, even when the easier route exists.

The Coffee

Our coffee is organic, sourced directly from Indonesia.

The coffee trees were planted in 1982 and continue to produce abundantly today.

By buying our beans, you help support 22 Indonesian Farming families, contributing to school fees and daily living.

The Process

We work with premium Arabica varieties, including USDA and Kopiyor.

Only ripe red cherries are hand-picked, then fermented for 24 hours before drying and sorting.

Each batch is carefully selected to deliver a clean, balanced expression of Indonesian coffee.
